Step 1: View Your Patients

After logging in, you'll see your dashboard showing all children assigned to you. Click on "Patients" in the menu to view their complete information including name, age, weight, height, and parent contact details. You can search for specific children using the search box.

Step 2: Conduct Health Assessments

Click "Assessments" then "Create New Assessment" to evaluate a child's nutrition status. Simply enter the child's current weight, height, and arm measurement (MUAC). The system automatically calculates if the child is malnourished, normal, or overweight. Results are saved instantly.

Step 3: Generate Meal Plans

Go to "Meal Plans" menu, select a child, and click "Generate Meal Plan". You can list available foods in your area, and the system creates a personalized weekly meal schedule with breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner recommendations suitable for the child's needs.

Step 4: Track Progress & Reports

Use "Reports" to download PDF summaries of children's health progress, assessment history, and meal plans. Share these with parents or health coordinators. The dashboard shows colorful charts to help you see trends and which children need more attention.

Additional Tool: Food Database

Access "Food Database" to browse nutritional information for hundreds of local foods. Search by food name or type. If you can't find a food item, you can request to add it using the "Food Requests" menu, and the administrator will review and add it.
